Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment Terms:

    • Customers are required to make a 50% advance payment at the time of placing the order.

    • The remaining balance must be settled upon receiving the proforma invoice prior to dispatch.

  2. Delivery Timeline:

    • The delivery of goods will be completed within 6 days after the advance payment is received.

    • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or other uncontrollable events are not the responsibility of the seller.

  3. Dispatch Instructions:

    • All goods will be dispatched from our facility located in Faridabad, Haryana.

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details to avoid any delays.

  4. Freight Terms:

    • The freight charges are on a To Pay basis, meaning the buyer is responsible for paying freight costs directly to the transporter at the time of delivery.

  5. Liability:

    • Our responsibility for the goods ceases the moment the goods leave our premises. Any risks or damages incurred during transit are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

    • It is recommended that buyers arrange for appropriate insurance coverage for the goods during transportation.

  6. Cancellation and Refunds:

    • Orders once placed and confirmed with advance payment are non-cancellable.

    • Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the seller's discretion and depend on the nature of the issue.

  7. Inspection of Goods:

    • Buyers are advised to inspect the goods upon delivery and notify us immediately of any discrepancies, damages, or shortages. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

  8. Jurisdiction:

    • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.

  9. Goods Return Policy:

    • Goods once sold will not be taken back.

  10. Delivery Terms:

    • Delivery Ex-Premises.

  11. Additional Terms:

    • Our responsibility ceases as soon as the goods leave our premises.

    • Dispatch is from Faridabad, and freight charges are on a To Pay basis.

By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
